Refund Shipping and Return Policy
- The product is new – never opened or used.
- The product is sealed in its original packaging, including any labels or cards (If any). If the product has no seal, you must intact the box or any packaging it has.
- Make sure that the product conforms to all the components: labels, gifts, samples, respecting the shipping conditions.
At Riam Cosmetics, our main goal is to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction and transparent “Return/Refund Policy” wherein you can request a return/refund within 14 days of its delivery.
For the Return/Refund request, you need to contact our customer service team and wait until you receive an email from us. It’s very important to save product (-s) under the mentioned conditions in order to return/refund it. Once you get a confirmation email, send your product (-s) to our instructed address and wait until we get back to you.
After receiving the product (-s) back – if you proceed accordingly to all the information and the product (-s) we have received is as per the Return/Refund Policy, then we will contact you for return/refund confirmation. In case of refund, 5-10 extra days will be required. You will receive an e-mail confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.
We are more than happy to return/refund the product when the mistake is ours. However, we won’t refund the cost of returning the order if the return is caused by the customer’s mistake or if the product (-s) is no longer wanted/needed. Such costs will need to be completely covered by customers.
